βTook my car in with a odd vibration and noise coming from the wheel. Gerald diagnosed that my right rear tire lugs were loose. Had me in and out with no charge in minutes. I'll 100% be back for any issues in the future.β

βMy vehicle has been worked on multiple times for all different repair problems. Electrical my windows rolled down by themselves!! My water pump went out. My fuel injectors needed replacing. My tire randomly decided to fly off my car in traffic. These guys are great at what they do in my opinion.β

βEveryone at the Mavis on W. 70th street was so accommodating. I arrived about 10 minutes before they closed because I didnβt feel comfortable driving with continued low tire pressure after putting air in my tire. They immediately offered to put a permanent patch on it. Can you say life saver & excellent customer service!β

βJust when I thought a dealership could not do any better, I ran into Land Rover Shreveport this week. 5-star operation for sure. Phenomenal performance by a group of true professionals who give the Land Rover brand a good name. Canβt say enough about James, Tom, Erick, and Deitrich. They were quite accommodating and went to extraordinary lengths to earn my business. As we all know, purchasing a vehicle can often be a rather nerve-racking experience. βThis week I drove to the Shreveport area for work. We were pulling a heavy boat. A piece on my transmission failed at the end of our workday as we were pulling the boat out of the water. Me and my crew were in a very bad spot, and far from home. I was referred to ATR by a co-worker that lives in the Shreveport area. I spoke to Christina with ATR Transmission, and she was very helpful. She helped me and my co-workers line up a towing service and was very knowledgeable and accommodating. When I described to her what was going on with my vehicle, Christina helped diagnose what was going on with the truck's transmission. She and one of her mechanics called me and walked me through steps to get my truck back into gear to make it back home without bringing the truck to her. She and her mechanic helped me get back to my family on time and in one piece. I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to speak with and work with someone that was so knowledgeable, honest and helpful. Thank you!!β

βIt's been 4 months since I purchased my 2022 Ford F-250 Lariat. I absolutely love it. I drove 4 hours from Texas to buy it, as this dealership had the best price I could find. The on site purchase was the fastest experience I've ever had. About 6 weeks after the purchase I had a mechanical issue that cost me about $500. Since I had a 4 month warranty I called to see about getting reimbursed. After a few phone calls, the Management agreed and sent me a check to cover my costs. I am grateful that this dealership believes in true customer satisfaction.β

βLondo fixed my air conditioner when I had a leak in the condenser. I used him because of one thing: Good Reputation. Around here, that is what you have to have, and thatβs what he has. I live in Benton, but I did not mind making the drive to Shreveport because Itβs worth it for somebody with his reputation. I have peace of mind with my air conditioner now and will take my truck back to him with anything else that might happen because I know he will fix it right. These guys are the experts at what they do. I recommend to all my friends and family in Benton and Bossier city to use him! You wonβt be disappointed.β
