“The absolute best storage facility in Shreveport-Bossier because the manager, Erica Trippany, is outstanding! No one can compare to her in customer service. She is always willing to go the extra mile, from the first interaction to the last. She is professional, proactive and highly personable. She is willing to help, accommodate and work with you. You will find her to be respectful, appreciative and always a positive voice. I’ve never had a better experience than with her and her staff. I’m a loyal customer because of her and she has my highest recommendation.”

“Made My Move So Much Easier - Highly Recommend!
I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to say how thankful I am for Momentum Movers. I was feeling overwhelmed with my upcoming move, and from the first phone call, they put my mind at ease. John and his crew were not only professional, but also incredibly kind and patient with all my questions.
They showed up right on time, handled my furniture and boxes like it was their own, and didn't waste a minute. Even the heavier pieces were no problem for them. What really stood out to me was how respectful and down-to-earth the team was. It honestly felt like getting help from family.
If you're in Shreveport or anywhere nearby and need a dependable moving company, look no further. WHether it's a small apartment move, a full house, or just help loading or unloading, Momentum Movers is who you want on your side. Fair prices, great communication, and people who genuinely care.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. and Highly , highly recommend!”
“The movers, Billy and his team were so pleasant to work with. They stayed busy with their job, assisted with other things that needed help with. My family was so impressed, not easy to do. The team were aware of not scratching the walls, floors, furniture. We are grateful to everyone at Johnson Moving and Storage. Thank you Kelly for being so polite in scheduling the move.”
“If you are looking for someone to do a long distance move, I highly recommend UPack. They were MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE than other companies. I was delighted I found them and they did an excellent job and stayed in great communication. I couldn't be happier. Thank you UPack for taking some of the stress off of the move.”

“Last week we moved out of a 30 x 10 storage unit into our new home and Dickens Services moved us. They were amazing!! They were on time, polite, and very careful with our furniture. They put everything where we wanted it, they put furniture together for us such as tables, and bed frames. Just whatever we needed we just asked and it was done. Highly recommend them. They even stayed an extra 3 hours for us. They are the best!!”
“Ive been with new castle storage for 10 years or longer and ive never had an issue; even when my payment wouldnt process due to my account being hacked they have always worked with me. Great place to store your belongings.”

“We've used this moving company multiple times! They are by far our favorites! The guys made our moves so easy and simple. A good hard working bunch! Mr. Alvin showed up and kept us laughing while we were still packing up some things. Definitely recommend them!”
“I had a friend recommend them to me and it was the best choice . They showed up promptly at the agreed time, and started work quickly and efficiently they took care of my items making sure they were wrapped . They had time left and assembled my bed for me. Which was so helpful. I will be using them again.”

“Central-Herrin was the local connection to Allied Movers for my cross-country move. Everything went smoothly. Office staff was friendly and returned my calls. The estimator was reassuring. I was disappointed with the packers who packed almost twice as many boxes as originally estimated even though I had gone to great lengths to purge unnecessary items. Upon unpacking I was amazed at the waste of paper. 4 sheets of paper for 6 tubes of Chapstick, twice!”
“This was the best domestic move I've ever had and I've moved 9 times domestically and 12 times internationally in my life. The packers are top three packing crew I've ever had. They really know their job and we had zero breakage. Can't recommend them enough.”
“My experience with Pods was beyond expectations. We have been working on a cross country move for a few months. After having a bad experience with a full service moving company years ago, we decided Pods would be the best option. My experience was especially positive due to one of the drivers, named Roy. He had been transferred to our town to help the local store. His level of service, genuine care for his customer and friendliness was at a level I haven’t seen in quite a long time. He should be the standard by which good service is achieved! A truly dedicated and professional representative of the company!”
“Best choice of moving companies I could have chosen. Roy and Wade were top notch professionals. Mr Cummings is the kindest man. He will take of things! Cannot say enough good things about this company! Flawless move!
Note: Cummings is a vendor with one of Shreveport’s largest and most highly rated employers. It is also a trusted, long-standing, generational-family company of 50+ years!

“Professional service. Great price. Great communication. Arrived a bit late, but Shreveport traffic is that way sometimes. Only a single thing was broken. Everything else, including some very fragile shadowboxes were handled with the upmost care and compassion. Highly recommended.”
