I stood in line at the store that was only three people in line with three employees taking care of them at the time. When I finally went up the young man told me they didn't have time to go out and do a check engine analysis. He said this is when I was busy times of the day it'll be 20-30 minutes before anybody could get out there to do that for you. I looked around the store and I didn't see a whole bunch of customers in the store. And I told him I can't believe this I live in Texas and I have never walked into a O'Reilly store and they refused or told me they didn't have time after I stood in line and waited my turn to be waited on. I left there and went straight across the street to AutoZone. And I was waiting on promptly after waiting in line.

Swear I hate to even go in here. I don’t know anything about vehicles and they make that clear. I have what I need for an oil change on the computer because I always grab the wrong thing and your cashiers are always lazy assholes who can’t fathom having to help someone. The little dude In glasses and blonde chick are useless

Awesome crew... my car was having battery issues. I didn't think it could be my battery, though, since it's less than 18 months old. OReillys checked it, and sure enough, it's a bad battery. They told me it was still in warranty, got it replaced, installed, and on my way within about 30 mins. 10/10 awesome crew!

Stop by this morning to have my battery tested and was told there only 3 employees at the store and could not help me. There was only me and one other customer in the store at that time.
