“I went into Dick’s Sporting Goods this morning to look for a pair of good running shoes. The store was very quiet and not a lot of traffic because it was still early in the morning. Janiya in the shoe department was absolutely perfect and help me select the proper shoes. She was patient enough with me to let me try on for five different brands of shoes before I found the ones I like. I went to go check out and the nice lady at the checkout greeted me with a huge smile and good morning, and after I paid, I asked her where the manager was so I can talk to him. His name is Simon and I told him what a wonderful job that his employees are doing customer service because in these days you don’t find customer service like you can get at Dick’s Sporting Goods.”
