“This is a SPECIAL Place for me.. It's where I shot 1 of my 1st photos..It's beautiful! The way they built up the wall over the Restrooms that step down and around to the parking lot next to Sci-Port.. Perched up there, overlooking the Red River.. You can just feel the peacefulness atop the circular "Lookout" spot... Music Festivals, Art Festivals, Rockets Over The Red, and sooo much more entertainment, Carnival Rides, and more!!! It's a magical place!! #Shreveport is where I grew up. I left, and came back. Good people live here! Enjoy the photos. And ALWAYS.... LOVE EACH OTHER!”

“Huge space that hosts excellent galleries. We dropped off a large piece for the upcoming Critical Mass show and the staff were SO HELPFUL. The space is empty right now because they're getting ready for Critical Mass but it's a wonderful space and a much needed outlet for local artists to showcase their work.”

“This place was very big, in which the car show was very beautiful. Good location. There is a parking garage specifically for the convention center but you will have to pay. I love how they put pictures on the wall of people that made an impact in the city of Shreveport.”

“I just wanted to take time to leave some recognition for front desk evening staff at this location. My hope is that their boss/administration sees this. 11/2-11/3 I was dealing with a car accident while traveling through downtown and needed to stay for 2 nights and get things sorted out. Both nights, Tajanae & Marcus were there. I was really upset and stressed out and these two were some of the kindest strangers I’ve ever dealt with. They checked on me constantly, they asked if me I was okay, offered snacks and water, just more than they needed to do. They always had smiles on their faces, too. I was happy & relieved to see them working night 2 for their kindness alone. Great front desk/customer service given. Thank you, two.Noteworthy details: See comment about staff.”

“We recently hosted an end of the year banquet here for our high school team. It was flawless from start to finish. They helped planning centerpieces and decorations. The tables, chairs and tablecloths were already set up when I arrived. Their staff member helped the caterer with set up and was present (but not in the way) throughout the entire event in case we needed any help. The rooms already look so fabulous that barely any decor was needed. Will definitely be a repeat customer”
