“Dr. Panos and her team were so wonderful with Tilley. She was so scared. It took three of the ladies to get her out of the car. They didn’t hesitate. Took her in for what I suspected was allergies and Dr. Panos did a thorough exam and definitely saw inflamed areas from her scratching and licking. I decided to go with a steroid shot and Zenrelia. Best thing I could have done for my girl! Thank you all for caring for her and all pets.”

“It took a long time for us to find a vet in Shreveport that we liked but after the first time visiting Dr. Day, we knew this was the kind of place we had been looking for. Affordable and you can tell she really cares. My sweet boy was hiding under the chair, instead of grabbing him and pulling him out aggressively to examine him.. she coaxed him out sweetly until he came out himself. Things like that really make a difference.”

“I took a feral kitten I tamed to be neutered. (She just showed up one day and refused to leave!) Turned out Grayson was a Gracie! This is a beautiful set of people! I’m not the most knowledgeable about cats but wasn’t made to feel totally dumb! lol. The atmosphere, the doctors, the support staff (including the cats!) are the bomb! When they told me about the aftercare sheet, i just nodded. When i got home and found a letter written from my Gracie’s POV, I could not stop grinning! That was unexpected and wonderful. Thank you!!!”

“Got a last minute appointment today for my senior dog having some serious stomach upset issues and couldn’t be more thankful. I am not from this area, just here temporarily for work so seeing our normal vet that we love wasn’t an option and Southside Animal Hospital saved the day. Extremely fair pricing, realistic treatment options, and the everyone was so kind and helpful. When the vet gets down on the floor to your pets level it just makes you feel more secure as the pet owner that the Dr truly cares about each pet and making the appointment as comfortable as possible.”

“My 3 kitties, all rescues see all the doctors there. They have walked through bottle feeding and making sure I was doing everything right with them. Leroy the Frenchie got neutered by Dr. Emerson and he sat on the ground with him because he was nervous and started sing “bad, bad Leroy Brown.” All my animals have songs and he just made him so comfortable. I had an emergency with my fiancés dog and they got records looked at video and immediately told me to go to emergency clinic. Literally 30 minutes from leaving the vet in Waskom where she’s been seen since he got her. Not only did they mis diagnose her twice they gave her a nausea med and she was literally dying. She’s at peace now thanks to southern hills. I will be forever grateful and never take any animal to Dr. Tiller!”
