Really good service. Really good first year/user.
Really expensive thereafter. The response time for repairs is good. If it weren't for the constant and drastic change in monthly costs, the rating would be better. $65-$105 is a HUGE jump. Less than 2 yrs.

The store was busy I waited about 10 minutes. When I was called things went fast. I was there to return equipment.
