He is not going to keep the work just to make money for himself. That is called INTEGRITY and I've never had an experience at HTL that demonstrated anything less.... whether it was tires or work under the hood. Fixing a part or replacing it.
The work never takes long and the price is never stretched beyond what he has told you. And when you go in to pay, the office is always neat, clean, and attractive and Mrs. Hill is consistently pleasant and professional .
