“Came here for a iPhone repair all the way from Mississippi because this is where the T-Mobile insurance claim required us to go. Despite the 45 min drive, this was a great experience. KJ took care of our repair and offered fabulous service. She explained everything well, made sure we had an estimate of how long it would take, and then had the phone ready on time! The store was clean and had lots of cool flashlights and gadgets in addition to the batteries I expected. The location is in the midst of an area that doesn’t allow U-turns, so I had to pay close attention to GPS to get to the lot, but once we did there was plenty of parking. It was my first trip to a Batteries Plus store, but I will definitely be back.”
