Best Buy is a fun place to window shop, offering a glimpse into the future with new and exciting technology. It has a good selection of products in store. The employees are usually very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, with specific staff and managers receiving high praise for excellent, fast service that gets customers in and out quickly. Their service plans are considered great, with reliable service over many years. However, some feel the company is overpriced, with higher taxes and overhead at certain locations. Assistance can sometimes be slow for smaller purchases, and the decision to not carry movies is viewed by some as a significant mistake.
I love the sales at Best Buy, and especially paying over 18 months with no interest or a cash reward as a total tech member. Had a pleasant shopping experience today.

While I'll never understand it, when we purpose Apple computers the cheapest place whether it be online competitors, bricks-and-mortar competitors like Sam's Club, we ALWAYS find the least expensive Apple computers at this bricks-and-mortar Best Buy in Slidell.
