I was using another carrier that would not work for me as I will be traveling the US via my camper and I knew I had to go back to Verizon for the best cellular service.
The moment I walked in the door, Chris approached me in a very professional, kind and cool manner.
Chris took his time to explain everything logically , and in a way that was easy to understand.
I would highly recommend asking for Chris when you go to any of the Verizon stores you will not be disappointed!

“Jennifer helped me, she was wonderful other staff was friendly as well, they treated me so nice even though I was upset with how my old provider did me, they seen it too. They calmed me down which is super cool of them, so I went to see if it was going to be a big deal to change my plan and phone over and keep my number, surprisingly easy and fast, I was a little short on switching service providers I kid you not she pulled out her own money to help me switch although I appreciate help when I can get it but not like that she's too good for that (thank you Jen ?) went back to go make some money, next day, new phone, she moved some things around and boom stayed in my budget, fast 5G, unlimited talk, text, data, 15g of hot spot, 45$ a month I'll take it!!! “After such a difficult week Metro reminded me that when you're with the right company, if you slip up they have your back. I recently switched from Boost to Metro about 3 months ago after a Boost employee made me wait 10 minutes in the heat to pay a bill, the Metro employee pulled me in and within a week I switched services. I got the brand new Moto G Stylus which is by far my favorite phone I've ever used, the storage size alone was enough to sway me, not to mention the stylus and camera quality (and it was free when switching contracts). I was recently was in a wreck and decided to go in today to get another phone, calling ahead Alex told me it would be a little over $200 for the same phone (with a 3 month upgrade discount which is not bad for the phone) when I arrived at the store happy to receive my same beautiful phone he reminded me of the insurance I had on the phone and told me it would only cost $50 I just had to file a claim. I even had to call the store again to get more information from my previous phone and within a few seconds Alex had helped me again for a 3rd time that day. Now I'm just waiting to get my phone in the mail tomorrow!!! So happy with my entire experience with Metro but especially with the recent help from Alex after such a terrible week. Thanks for having your customers best interest. Forever a Metro customer!!!”
