“Mikes has been the go to in Slidell for decades, from simple honey do’s all the way to supplying for our new home builds, the crew at Mikes has always welcomed us with a big smile and very fair pricing! It’s not uncommon to see Big Mike himself pull up at a job site driving a delivery truck! That shows his commitment to good local service! Mikes has also been a big supporter of local events, fund raisers and our local first responders. They have earned my respect and business for life. Check them out and support local owned business!”

“Love this store. Eric was super helpful and patient with us while we made a decision. It felt like buying a car, went in for one thing, then you want to test drive this and that. And that’s exactly what happened. They sell nothing but the best. If you want something that will last a lifetime and build a relationship with the people that run the store, Outdoor Home Store is the place to go. Thank you, Eric!”

“I've been shopping at Harbor Freight for decades. Most of the tools were very low quality, but cheap. So for single use tools at a very low cost, it was a perfect place to buy tools. Since then, some of the tools are nearly as good as expensive name brand tools. The price has gone up, but they're still cheaper than brand name tools that cost much more. I'm not embarrassed to own Icon, Hercules or Quinn tools.”
