They calmed me down which is super cool of them, so I went to see if it was going to be a big deal to change my plan and phone over and keep my number, surprisingly easy and fast, I was a little short on switching service providers I kid you not she pulled out her own money to help me switch although I appreciate help when I can get it but not like that she's too good for that (thank you Jen ?) went back to go make some money, next day, new phone, she moved some things around and boom stayed in my budget, fast 5G, unlimited talk, text, data, 15g of hot spot, 45$ a month I'll take it!!! “Had a great ATT rep help me today over the phone. Sylvia do a admirable job. I had been getting a 12 discount for a digital phone line that had expired. Being retired a discount of any kind is a lot for those on fixed incomes. Sylvia I my ediately saw what was needed selecting another phone plan and added it my plan. A discount will take place at next billing. Thanks Sylvia and ATT.”
