“So blessed to have met Chris Etkins when I went to the Mandeville Verizon store.
I was using another carrier that would not work for me as I will be traveling the US via my camper and I knew I had to go back to Verizon for the best cellular service.
The moment I walked in the door, Chris approached me in a very professional, kind and cool manner.
Chris took his time to explain everything logically , and in a way that was easy to understand.
I would highly recommend asking for Chris when you go to any of the Verizon stores you will not be disappointed!

“Jennifer helped me, she was wonderful other staff was friendly as well, they treated me so nice even though I was upset with how my old provider did me, they seen it too. They calmed me down which is super cool of them, so I went to see if it was going to be a big deal to change my plan and phone over and keep my number, surprisingly easy and fast, I was a little short on switching service providers I kid you not she pulled out her own money to help me switch although I appreciate help when I can get it but not like that she's too good for that (thank you Jen ?) went back to go make some money, next day, new phone, she moved some things around and boom stayed in my budget, fast 5G, unlimited talk, text, data, 15g of hot spot, 45$ a month I'll take it!!!
