I love this bank. Always friendly. When I go they know who I am. If I call they recognize my voice. Their online security is a little over the top but i guess that's a good thing. Like banking used to be.

I've been with RB for 8 years. Their service has been exceptional. Beyond basic services they have a willingness to solve any problems that arise. Highly recommend.

Great bank only problem I've run into is the atm doesn't accept cash input so there is not an extraordinarily convenient method of cash deposit if you still have cash.
