“My little dog, well, medium dog was mauled by a vicious big dog, ...... big BIG dog recently. I drove to my vets but they were closed , but saw on map app that Southern Pearl was open for just a few more minutes, so I went there. I walked in carrying my bloody dog, and the staff and nurses came and grabbed him from me immediately. The person behind the counter then turned to me and just started calming me down while asking what happened. The people there were so very caring and gentle! Not only to my dog, but to me as well. The gentleness and very caring manner of all the staff was .......just........WOW!!!I think I've actually found my dog's . new veterinary!Thinking about it all now....about 3 weeks later....reminds me of that warm feeling I had after I got there and about how much I really liked the staff and the whole atmosphere at Southern Pearl Vet. I'm sincerely impressed!Kind and gracious......describes them perfectly!”

“I'vhe used Dr.Fereday, for years.He is the BEST vet I'v ever found. I have live all over in different states. And l'v know some good ones.But Dr. Fereday thinks of your dog first and you second. He has been there when l had to put my baby down and l really think he was praying with me. Because l told him that l think my baby was in heaven. He has taken care of my baby's for years.I can not find enough good words to say about him.But be ready because your baby will come first.And that's just fine with me.And his staff is sweet too. I'm from Sildell La.”

“Our family recommends Brownswitch Pet Hospital to care for your pets. Dr. Marshall and his staff are very knowledgable, kind, and meticulous in their treatment of our two dogs no matter the severity of the procedure. Our oldest dog has more serious complications than the other and we felt both dogs received the same attention, love and care. Our youngest dog surprisingly didn’t want to leave. We really appreciated the timely status calls from Dr. Marshall informing us our dog was doing well and the outcome of the procedure. This was very assuring and comforting given the stress of worrying for your pet while they’re away.”

“Really nice place with everything being brand new and up to date (at the time of this review). We have only been once and have only experienced the services of Dr. Cross, but we were highly impressed. Aside from that everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.The only downside so far is that I keep having problems with their app working correctly. But if you are someone who is also having problems with that, then I have found a solution that might help. Just, instead of using the app, go to their website in a web browser. I have found that to function just fine.”
