“My wife was hit from behind and pushed into the trailer hitch of another vehicle. I did not know what to do being this was the first time that I have not been able to drive a vehicle away from an accident. I would just like to say how awesome Hemingway's Collision was to us. We were treated like family from the first day I went in to sign some paperwork for the insurance company, up until I went back this morning to collect belongings and release the vehicle to the insurance company. They treated me better than the insurance company has. Very forthcoming with information, followed up on every call we had. I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, I know exactly where I'll be taking my vehicle and that is right on down HWY 171 to Hemingway's Collision. Good customer service matters, and they were top notch with theirs.”

“Called Granger Ford to verify if they had the truck I saw on their web page on hand. After getting there to the dealership it turned out the truck was not there but at their Natchitoches location. I ended up going to Natchitoches to look at the truck but left aggravated. However I got a call from Jimmy Granger the next day and Miss Christina made me a smoking deal. I ended up going with a used truck to help pave the way for my wife to get a Bronco in the near future. I will be going to Granger first.”
