My sweet boy was hiding under the chair, instead of grabbing him and pulling him out aggressively to examine him.. she coaxed him out sweetly until he came out himself. “Dr. Panos and her team were so wonderful with Tilley. She was so scared. It took three of the ladies to get her out of the car. They didn’t hesitate. Took her in for what I suspected was allergies and Dr. Panos did a thorough exam and definitely saw inflamed areas from her scratching and licking. I decided to go with a steroid shot and Zenrelia. Best thing I could have done for my girl! Thank you all for caring for her and all pets.”
“Got a last minute appointment today for my senior dog having some serious stomach upset issues and couldn’t be more thankful. I am not from this area, just here temporarily for work so seeing our normal vet that we love wasn’t an option and Southside Animal Hospital saved the day. “My 3 kitties, all rescues see all the doctors there. They have walked through bottle feeding and making sure I was doing everything right with them. Leroy the Frenchie got neutered by Dr. Emerson and he sat on the ground with him because he was nervous and started sing “bad, bad Leroy Brown.” All my animals have songs and he just made him so comfortable. I had an emergency with my fiancés dog and they got records looked at video and immediately told me to go to emergency clinic. Literally 30 minutes from leaving the vet in Waskom where she’s been seen since he got her. Not only did they mis diagnose her twice they gave her a nausea med and she was literally dying. She’s at peace now thanks to southern hills. I will be forever grateful and never take any animal to Dr. Tiller!”
“I don't know why this place doesn't have 6.5 stars!Very good place , friendly, professional staff and doctors.Had an emergency with our Chihuahua during her delivery of her first litter and I couldn't have taken her to better care anywhere in this town .
