“I was in desperate need for a vehicle to pull my trailer late afternoon a couple weeks ago and the sweet manager at the Lake Charles office offered to stay late to rent me a truck. I was a little bummed out because they don’t offer pick ups and drop offs anymore, but when an employee is willing to stay an hour late to keep you from being stranded it really gives me hope in humanity again.
