“Based on a couple of experiences at this location this past week, I am thoroughly impressed with the commitment and professionalism of Cale at the desk! His true character was on display late the night of April 30th. There were so many flight delays due to weather and it was approaching midnight. He was the only representative still there as the other car rental agencies had shut down their desks. I was looking for a car but he had none to offer as he was waiting for the last delayed flight to come in. I had asked him if I could get one of the cars if somebody decided not to travel and was not on that flight to which he happily agreed. As the flight came in and the people filed down, all those with reservations had made it. Each one of them were absolutely surprised that he was still there to honor their reservations. I chatted with him briefly afterwards about how happy he made each of those customers. He told me that he actually could have closed down much earlier even with the delay. But he said that he puts himself in the customers shoes and would not want to be left high and dry. This kind of customer service does not always happen as I have found myself arriving late into other airports only to find a closed-up shop at the National rent-a-car counter. Hats off to Cale's sense of duty! I am sure great things are in his future!”

“Rented a luxury car through Avis and was not disappointed. I will only rent from Avis for here on out the staff at pick up was super nice and quick the drop off process was just as easy and quick. The car was clean and well maintained!!I was able to book the car at the last minute when another rental company fell through for the last time, I won’t name them but they got a proper review as well ?. Thank you Avis Lake Charles I will be loyal to you from here on out and highly recommend anyone looking for a rental vehicle in Lake Charles go to Avis!!!”

“This is a different kind of review. I want to praise the employee whose name I do not know who went to the other rental car kiosks at the airport to find my daughter and I a large car after ours broke down, loaded with supplies and food for a week at the beach. After being stranded on the shoulder, waiting for a tow truck over three hours in 100 degree heat, we were exhausted and yet no rental car could be found: the city had experienced flooding days before and the supply of rental cars had been been almost depleted as repair shops were filled with local flooded cars. He did find a competitor with a minivan who was able to hold it for us until we got there. I can't thank the young man enough. (4 stars instead of 5 toward Enterprise itself because, though they had no cars, their central number was still making reservations. If we had not called before getting a ride over there, we would have been greatly disappointed.)”

“With COVID \"raging\", things are weird and no one works at the Airport booth. Someone had to drive to meet me with a car, and I was able to drop off a car leaving the keys in the drop-box. I didn't have to wait too long, and I didn't have any problems, so it was a good experience. I enjoy Hertz at the larger airports where you can pick the car you want, but this facility made an effort to give a good customer experience and I would pick them over their competitors.”
