“Renting experience was great. But my overall review is for Chad. Simply the nicest, warmest person I’ve ever met. I was having a bad day the day I went in to drop my rental car back off, and he went out of his way to make me feel better when by no means did he have to. I just want him to know that the kindness he showed that day will never be forgotten. You never know what someone is going through personally, but a bit of kindness can mean everything. Thank you thank you, from the bottom of my heart! Also, I can’t speak on any of the other employees here, because I only worked with him. But I’m sure they are just as wonderful! Thank you!!”

“With COVID \"raging\", things are weird and no one works at the Airport booth. Someone had to drive to meet me with a car, and I was able to drop off a car leaving the keys in the drop-box. I didn't have to wait too long, and I didn't have any problems, so it was a good experience. I enjoy Hertz at the larger airports where you can pick the car you want, but this facility made an effort to give a good customer experience and I would pick them over their competitors.”
