“Exceptional find. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly, kind and helpful... everyone, everytime you saw them. The property, throughout, was professionally maintained. You are not going to do better at this price point. I was stunned the rates were as low as they were at seeing the quality of the property / operation. All in all a very pleasant surprise - for a "budget" hotel, much nicer than that title implies.Rooms: Absolutely clean. Well appointed, with new furnishings, fixtures, etc...Safety: I felt safe in, on and around the property.Walkability: Daily conveniences and needs could be satisfied by several retailers / establishments within walking distance.”

“The hot water is reversed blue is hot and red is cold. Did not have a good tv system. One worker told me it was due to hurricanes Laura and Delta of 2021. Just shows you what a 3rd world country we now live in. However, the rooms were nice. One guest told me his room had bedbugs,hug, I did not get any bites in my room but Im still disturbed about all of this. All the workers there were extremely nice.”

“Nice clean comfortable rooms. New owner totally renovated hotel and it's so improved. Felt like hotel was brand new. Checkin night staff very quick and friendly. Hotel had a small snack/food/sundries store inside. Many nearby restaurants, and convention arena is walkable. Lobby and breakfast seating was spacious. Hot free breakfast was filling and and appreciated. Choices included eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee, tea, juice, cereal, breads, sweet muffins, yogurt, and milk. Great overnight stay, with many casinos within 10 minutes. Great accommodations. Recommend.”

“The staff is amazing here, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasent stay. The rooms are well maintained and clean, the cleaning crew are nice and attentive. The manager is a great person that makes sure all guest are taken care of. If you are ever in town this is the hotel to stay at.”

“It is a decent hotel.At the moment of our stay, it looked like they were doing remodeling. It was not an inconvenience at all.Room we stayed was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom needs some attention. A new toilet and tub will make the place enjoyable.Costumer service was great.Will comeback and stay again.”

“We really enjoyed our one night stay at this Best Western. Everyone was friendly. We had a king room that was large and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. There was desk space, a chair, and nightstands on both sides of the bed. The bathroom, while refurbished with nice flooring and granite countertop, had seen better days. The tub shower was rather slippery. I loved that all of the toiletries were in pumps or squeeze bottle dispensers. On the night of our arrival, we were surprised to be offered a free carry-out dinner of Salisbury steak, potatoes, and a roll. Breakfast was far better than most of the hotels on our 18-day road trip. We appreciated the good selection and clean (but small) breakfast room. The only thing that was bothersome during this stay was the freezing cold hallway outside our 3rd floor room.”
