The facilities are clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the exceptional customer service. Both the front desk staff who welcomed us at night and the team working in the morning were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful.

Every staff member we interacted with during our stay provided excellent service. The housekeeping team also deserves special recognition for keeping everything spotless and making us feel welcome.

We stayed for four days, and honestly, this has been one of the best hotel experiences we've had. We travel frequently throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Alabama for dog shows, and the level of hospitality we received here was second to none.

“My check in was smooth, no wait. The room was spacious with several amenities. Just a tad bit of a wet odor smell on the carpets. I had an overall good stay. Bed was clean and comfortable. I just didn’t appreciate house keeping knocking on my door several times at 10:20am when checkout wasn’t until 11am. He stated he just wanted to check if anyone was still in the room. I was really pissed off because I was in a deep sleep and had my alarm set to wake up for check out. Also the night before I asked the front desk can I pay for a late check out and she stated the hotel didn’t offer a hour late check out so that was disappointing. Other than that the hotel was right off the interstate near plenty of restaurants and gas stations. I’d stay again.”

“Loved the stay. The beds were so soft and pillows was soft. The room was well up kept and very was in room that we needed for a night. Loved how y'all did the body soap as well as the hair wash. Dove was a awesome choice. Me and my husband is from Ga and if we ever make a trip again this will be where we will stay. Thanks for everything y'all done.”

“This was a great unplanned overnight stop location. I booked it on Expedia from the Mexican restaurant around the corner, and checked in 30 minutes later with no issues. Room was in great condition, very clean hotel, and fast service with check in and check out.”

“After our last devestatingly awful experience with a Hilton hotel, this was place was amazing. We've stayed at Hilton chains for over a decade and this hotel has by far exceeded expectations. The room was the cleanest room we've ever stayed in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, incredibly clean and the furnishings did not have the dirty and worn look that seem to be the new standard. If you are in town for a night or an extended stay, I highly recommend you stop here first.”
