“We were on our way home to Shreveport, LA. Our vehicle radiator got a rock hole and started running hot. We were able to make it safely to their shop, and they immediately brought the vehicle in the shop and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, I had to order the part and had it dropped shipped to them. The manager was very polite and stayed past closing time till our ride made it to the shop. We were stranded 2 hrs from home. It was easy to do business with Richmond Automotive. I highly recommend using them for any of you're Automotive needs!Thank you again!”

“Went in for new windshield wipers. Mr. Willie has given me such great customer service, he asked what kid of car did I have and went right for them. After I had made the purchase, he took on the initiative and put them on the car for me!! I didn't even have to ask and it was raining! Best service in town! Always first stop for auto parts!!”
“Always a positive experience when I go here for parts. They can order a variety of odd or rare parts and will help you find them even if they can't get what you need. Better than traveling another 40 miles to gamble if the other parts places could get the same parts. Prices are more than fair, service is too. Would rate 10 stars if possible.”
