We were able to make it safely to their shop, and they immediately brought the vehicle in the shop and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, I had to order the part and had it dropped shipped to them. The manager was very polite and stayed past closing time till our ride made it to the shop. We were stranded 2 hrs from home. It was easy to do business with Richmond Automotive.
