My vehicle was promptly taken in by the service advisor and, by 9:50 a.m., the work was completed and ready for pickup. This demonstrates outstanding efficiency and genuine respect for customers’ time and scheduled appointments. I recently experienced quite the opposite with a local competitor, where there was a complete lack of consideration and no effort to communicate or apologize.
