“I arrived at 9:15 a.m. for my 9:30 a.m. appointment, which included an oil change, multipoint inspection, and tire rotation. My vehicle was promptly taken in by the service advisor and, by 9:50 a.m., the work was completed and ready for pickup. This demonstrates outstanding efficiency and genuine respect for customers’ time and scheduled appointments. I recently experienced quite the opposite with a local competitor, where there was a complete lack of consideration and no effort to communicate or apologize. I sincerely appreciate Dantin for their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to exceptional customer service.”

“My car needed a wheel alignment really bad. The first time I went in for an alignment , they couldn’t do it due to my driver side tie rod being too loose, so I had to replace that before they could do the alignment. I made another appointment at a later date, got the tie rod fixed , went in this morning for the alignment.. & i left very pleased with the service all around!! Friendly staff, my car drives like a new car, definitely going there from now on. Thanks to the guy that did my alignment!!”

“I highly recommend Jones Detailing on Canal in Thibodaux. I hadn’t had my car detailed in 6 years and there were cooked in lovebugs on the outside and the inside had layers of dust and dirt, drink spills — and maybe a few crumbs from on the go eating! I dropped it off and they gave me a ride to work. In the afternoon it was returned to me and I could not believe it was my car! They did an amazing job making my 2019 Buick Encore look like a brand new car. To add to all of that, they are polite, professional, and all around good people! 5 stars!! ?”

I dropped my truck off overnight and before 11am the next day, they were calling to tell me it was ready to be picked up. “I was in a bind and needed to get my dads lawnmower fixed and running so we could get some yards cut asap. Lawnmower would not start and my dad is out of the country on business. Ryan at Babin's Mechanical Repair saved the day!!! He was able to come pick up the lawnmower, fix it at his shop and bring it back to me all in one day, at very short notice. He was able to repair the issue quickly considering it was electrical and the wire was difficult to find. Very impressed with the service all around and highly recommend using Babin's Mechanical Repair! The cost of the repair was absolutely fair and worth the money!”

“Update, just bought good used tire. My 7-8th one from here with perfect service.3 days later it’s midnight tire is flat, daughters school in the am. No big deal I will put my space on, used to do tire work. Only problem the Tech got my bolts so tight can’t even loosen one of 5.
