About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Thibodaux is known for its fast, friendly service, particularly from the manager, Seth, and his colleague, Austin. Customers appreciate the easy rental process and recommend visiting or calling the location for assistance. The branch is recognized as an excellent choice for car rentals. However, some customers wish that the additional $300 hold, which is added to the rental cost, was clearly indicated during the online booking process. Despite being busy, Seth has been praised for his outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, even helping with adjustments to rental arrangements on busy days.
