I went to this store yesterday after my cell screen went black the night before. Alex helped me through everything. I needed to buy/upgrade to a new phone. He was professional, personable, and patient. In my wait in line to be helped, I observed a local school principal be extremely impatient and rude with Alex over something beyond Alex's control. It appears that the principal had issues with his work cell and couldn't remember his passwords so Alex could access the device. He got upset with Alex for his poor memory, but Alex remained calm and found an alternative method.
Thanks, Alex for helping me upgrade from a Galaxy S8 to a 24!

A little far out of the way being thibodeaux (can’t knock off points for that though). Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Quick pickup and setup of my device, even installed my screen protector free of charge. Highly Recommend

I usually don't leave bad reviews but I went in a couple of days ago to try to see about replacing my phone that I had no access to. I was just told to file a claim with asurion. No explanation, no help to try to get it done at the store. No phone number. Either that or pay for an upgrade. I understand that I have to go through channels, but the phone was completely broken. No way to get into it let alone make a phone call. I ended up going to another location and they were able to help me get it done.

The employees at this store are so kind and helpful! I bought my new S24 Ultra with them, and had not a single problem this time or any time I've dealt with them in the past. They even helped me get into an email on the new phone that I haven't been able to access for years! I've worked with all three employees, here, and I'm extremely happy with the service I received each time. I will be coming back here for my husband's upgrade in a few months!
People just need to realize that the stores are NOT customer service, they are sales only. I saw too many come in to pay their bills, gripe about a couple of dollars being off on their bill, and ask them to fix technical issues, when that is NOT the store's job. These people should have just called in to billing or tech support on the phone, the actual departments for customer service. That's what those are there for! It's 2024, people, time to realize those services are moving online, and let these SALESPEOPLE do their actual jobs instead of holding up the line. They do their job of selling well, it's when YOU expect them to do things beyond what they are being paid to do that you're getting mad at. Don't take your issues out on these people just doing their jobs.

Verizon has just become too big for their own good. It took me two days on the phone to get a charge for apple music removed from my bill and I'm still not seeing it gone, although my bill has decreased by a little over $8. They seem to think a refund for a service that cost $10.99 should be $8.99. On top of this I'm still seeing the charge on my bill. They assure me it will drop off before bill is due, but I doubt it. Do not EVER purchase 3rd party services through them. Just buy it straight from the original company such as Netflix, etc. or you may never get it removed.

My phone broke. I was on call for work and needed to walk out of the store with a new phone. Alex, an amazing, organized, knowledgeable, friendly employee, not only helped me with that purchase, but he helped me save a bunch of money on my plan. He also kept two other customers waiting patiently behind me and continued to acknowledge them as we worked through my transaction. As I waited for my phone info transfer, he helped the other customers with their issues and saved them money, too! He shuffled us all very well as each of us asked questions, waited for downloads, etc. It was also dinner time and we were all hungry, it was after work, etc.—and everyone’s services were handled very efficiently. Thanks Alex and Verizon! PS I love my new phone.

The service I get here is excellent when I finally get to see someone, but more times than not there is at least a half hour to one hour wait because someone called in. The Google Pay reader is broken and the manager said that they aren't getting it repaired. These guys need to do better.

Today was not a good day. I really feel sorry for Thomas. The new sales guy did his job. The Manager of the location threw him under the bus. I’ve been in management for over 30 years and never would I do what this guy did to his new recruit. When you see someone struggling you help him out. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Go to AT$T ask for Andrew
