My phone broke. I was on call for work and needed to walk out of the store with a new phone. Alex, an amazing, organized, knowledgeable, friendly employee, not only helped me with that purchase, but he helped me save a bunch of money on my plan. He also kept two other customers waiting patiently behind me and continued to acknowledge them as we worked through my transaction. As I waited for my phone info transfer, he helped the other customers with their issues and saved them money, too! He shuffled us all very well as each of us asked questions, waited for downloads, etc. It was also dinner time and we were all hungry, it was after work, etc.—and everyone’s services were handled very efficiently. Thanks Alex and Verizon! PS I love my new phone.

The service I get here is excellent when I finally get to see someone, but more times than not there is at least a half hour to one hour wait because someone called in. The Google Pay reader is broken and the manager said that they aren't getting it repaired. These guys need to do better.

Today was not a good day. I really feel sorry for Thomas. The new sales guy did his job. The Manager of the location threw him under the bus. I’ve been in management for over 30 years and never would I do what this guy did to his new recruit. When you see someone struggling you help him out. Worst experience I’ve ever had. The rep that initially worked with me was not helpful at all. Had to constantly bother another rep until he got his own customer, at which point, back to a flurry of "I don't know" and "I would have to look that up". Zero knowledge of either Verizon plans, nor phone specifics from the first rep.

There was a little bit if a wait, to be expected following a hurricane, but the associate that was in the store was awesome! He took great care of us, helped get my phone set up and treated us like we were the only people in the store. 5/5 will be using this as my main store from now on.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and with people ready to help. Usually a normal visit into this store is an hour for me for something simple and this time I was in and out in under and hour! Cole was great; knew exactly what I was looking for even when I didn’t and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation!

Went into Verizon store today for a new phone and came out with two new IPhone 13’s, one for me and one for my wife. Cole, our support/sales agent was fantastic. Old phone data was quickly copied onto our new phones. The process went smoothly and efficiently thanks to Cole’s outstanding service.

This store is a joke. Their sales reps have no idea of what they are actually doing. I made the mistake of purchasing a phone here because mine broke and now my bill is beyond screwed up with all kind of charges because they supposedly automatically do on the bill when upgrading. Also, even though I made it perfectly clear that I wanted to buy the phone outright, they system supposedly takes $15.00 off and "finances it and you have to pay this $15.00 the next month. So a phone I paid $325 for then another $15.00 making the phone $340 total not $325.00. In their system it's supposedly $310, yet my card was sure charged the $325.00 the 1st time. Again more charges on my bill I was not made aware of. This store is better off shutting down as they supposedly couldn't even try to pull any information off my broken phone, but yet after buying the phone was able to transfer information just fine. I had to waste my time time between going back to the store because I was charged a supposedly In store processing fee of $35.00 I was told it was the upgrade fee. On my bill was the $35.00 device upgrade fee and other charges I didn't want. Even though the store refunded the so call in store processing fee of $35.00 I still had to pay the $15.00 still not sure why because it honestly doesn't make sense, I am now fighting with Verizon to get the protection plan and other charges removed from my bill due to inability of knowing what they are doing and selling. I will definitely no longer go to the Thibodaux store. I have never had these issues with the store in Houma.

Cole W helped us out so much. He was very informative and gave us a overview of exactly what it was we were paying for. He answered all of the questions we had and explained all of the benefits of the plan he selected for us with our wants in mind. We are very happy with the service of Verizon and the customer service we received at the store.

Raven is knowledgeable and very patient. She got the impossible done today for me. I switched from another carrier and am so happy I chose Verizon. Raven had a great personality and an Infectious sense of humor.

They helped me so much better than houma store did! I appreciate this so much. Houma store assumed I was having the same problem as everybody else and turned me down on a new simcard.. thanks so much for this store and its wonderful staff!
