I can’t say enough good things about Hancock Whitney Bank in Walker. I live out of town, and my elderly grandmother needed help setting up her account for her Social Security direct deposit. I was nervous since I couldn’t be there with her, but I stayed on the phone with her while she was at the bank, hoping someone could assist her. The young lady who helped her was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful. She even took the time to speak with me over the phone to reassure me that my grandmother was being taken care of. I could hear some of the interactions going on around my grandmother, and it was clear that the staff was very friendly and supportive. It’s rare these days to find such genuine care and customer service. I’m so thankful for the way they went above and beyond for her. I highly recommend this bank!”
