    Micheal truly helped me set up a checking and savings account. The process was tedious but that's not the staffs fault but rather the company trying to do everything online. Either way he walked me right through it and I have two new accounts with no overdraft fees or withholding amounts.

    Pathetic customer service. Not a friendly local bank, but an impersonal corporation.
