“I had a rocky start this morning at another Walmart location where I was told I'd have to wait hours for service due to staff shortages. Thankfully, I called this location and was told to come right in — and I’m so glad I did.
From the moment I arrived, the energy was different. The staff was welcoming and efficient. I explained my situation and allowed them to test my battery for a 35-minute update. One amazing woman stepped in, listened to what I had already been through, and made the executive decision to help my situation.
Her quick action saved me time, stress, and money — and most importantly, made me feel seen and valued as a customer. I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves major recognition. She turned my entire morning around with one simple act of leadership.
Thank you to this team for showing what true customer service looks like. I’ll be coming to THIS Walmart Auto Center from now on.”

“Incredible experience! I was welcomed and greeted by Donald and immediately offered a cold bottle of water with a very short wait time. Tee was the best, she greeted me with kindness, she was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything that wasn’t needed, she explained everything that I needed and the services I received. Tee was very knowledgeable when explaining everything, and offered me a water as I left. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I never leave reviews, but I was genuinely touched at the compassion and honesty I received from Tee this morning!!!!!!!”

“I couldn't have had a better experience. Shop was super busy when I stopped in needing an oil change and tire rotation on one ton dually truck. They were very nice, worked me in and performed all maintenance in a timely fashion and helped save me a lot of money on the process. I own a fleet of vehicles for my businesses and this is the best service I remember getting. I would highly recommend them.”
