I have previously had bad experiences at AT&T but Eddie was the most friendly, courteous, and helpful I have ever dealt with. He made the transaction easy and stress free and literally took care of everything for me!! Hes the BEST!!

Had trouble with advance active armor on my iphone, would send all calls to voicemail & on my internet would only let us watch 1 channel & computer only go to Gmail, also was getting Max free and lost it now they want me to pay for it, really think it was there fault, so long story short don't get advance active armor
