Taylor was phenomenal. He was definitely made for this job. He greeted me at the door within seconds, seated me at a nearby table and had me set up and out of there with a brand new phone in 1 hour. I used to wait at AT&T for hours and hours and he made this visit memorable.

Huge thank you to Justin, I went in for an upgrade due to a charging port issue. Instead of trading in my phone he looked at the port cleaned it for free and fixed my issue. Very happy to have honest business professionals in West Monroe.
