I went in and no one spoke to me, I was ignored so I waited, still no one spoke to me. Realizing that I needed the help so I went back in and the same rudeness was given to me again...I left.
No One deserves that.

I have previously had bad experiences at AT&T but Eddie was the most friendly, courteous, and helpful I have ever dealt with. He made the transaction easy and stress free and literally took care of everything for me!! Hes the BEST!!

Had trouble with advance active armor on my iphone, would send all calls to voicemail & on my internet would only let us watch 1 channel & computer only go to Gmail, also was getting Max free and lost it now they want me to pay for it, really think it was there fault, so long story short don't get advance active armor

They guy James is an excellent worker and helper and deserves a raise he stayed for 3 hours and helped us with getting our phones and was very patient and laughed at told us stories and we definitely want to come back to him

Worst service and company ever because, I went up there to pay a bill and it was not been paid. Which I paid my second phone bill off from yesterday. If they keep on doing that. I will stop doing business with them. I mean it. Fix y'all mistakes.

My family & I had a great experience with Spencer. We were getting two new iPhones & changing service from Verizon. My husband talked to Spencer on the phone & he was expecting us when we got there. Everyone was very nice that we talked to from the time we walked in the door to the manager helping us while Spencer was finishing up with another customer.

Bill at the Thomas Road location is the best. He's handled my ATT biz all the way back to Cingular days. He knows my issues, my expectations, my family's needs. The guy's just good.Real good!

Came by to pay my friends phone bill. Got here as soon as they opened, empty store and parking lot (except for staff cars). It’s freezing cold and raining so I parked by the door while my friend ran in and I waited for her outside and Spencer refused payment until I move into a “proper parking spot”. I could understand if it was a full store, etc. We literally were the only ones there. Calm down Paul Blart
