“Friendly staff! Honestly got to give it to the housekeeping crew! While I was waiting for my ride who was in inclement weather, coming from Bossier, they hung out with me in the lobby after their shift. Offered me two slices of pizza, and everyone of them was super friendly, super fun, and everyone of them had a positive vibe and glow about them! Even the one sour one! They honestly made my whole stay! Just in those moment, honest laughter, whole hearted fearless women who make the world a way lovelier place honestly. I know which one was my favorite, but after that I couldn't tell you who radiated better energy, each and all in their own way! I left with uplifting words of encouragement and felt blessed to have happenstance been there! In that moment! ??”
“I want to express how great our stay was… checking in Season was very polite and an accommodating the room was very clean and smelled incredible. Nicole was wonderful in servicing our needs and when I needed to add another night it was smoothly done with Vin … the next morning needed to check in for additional night (formality) and was delighted with Triveni finishing up my check in .. so I want to thank Season, Vin, Triveni and Nicole a great experience and stay … If my hubby is happy I’m happy and we both were !!! ????”
“The price is Amazing, room clean, cold AC. Not the hilton, but ive been in far worst with higher price around Monroe. Lady made a review that she dont feel safe here. Then stop traveling alone. Its, not the hotel fault your a scary little person. Judge based off what actually happens to you and the room, not your fears. My wife is gorgeous and she would stay here alone.”
“Amazing location, quiet, towels had brown stains on them. There is no hot water in this hotel. Three days, never had hot water. Multi-year diamond member with Hilton, won't be back until they get hot water and clean towels.”

“Candy at front desk was very helpful. She checked me in to my room and was very efficient and friendly. The room was a suite with a private bedroom and separate living room VERY NICE might I add!! I'll most definitely be staying here again.”
