The staff are exceptional people, from the front desk, to the breakfast personel, to the room service folks. Ms. Melissa, Ms. Chiquita, and Ms. Val at the front desk are awesome!!! These ladies have been such a termedous help during our long stays in West Monroe and have made our stay at the Quality Inn enjoyable.
