“MD saved the day, I’m currently on a 10 day traveling work bender with very intense deadlines. I arrived at my job and blew a bearing on my enclosed trailer. It took two hours for MD to arrive on site. He diagnosed the issue, obtained the part, and repaired the issue before needing to leave to the next job. “Took my truck in today after R&R in Ruston played it off like they were being nice to give me a free front end alignment and it was worse than before took it to wal-pole tire my truck could drive itself my hats off to Jeff at wal-pole for doing an awesome job on my truck now I noticed my rack and pinion leaking I had put on at Walpole a while back taking it to them tomorrow to see 5/8/24 hope they do will leave comment tomorrow and leave stars or take away”

“7/28/2025, West Monroe, LA, Today was a 100+ degree day and I had a flat in the Tractor Supply parking lot at around 1pm. I changed the flat out in the broiling sun on concrete that felt like it was 125 degrees. The spare itself was nearly flat and I was soaked with sweat. While i tried to cool off a bit inside my truck, I called Southern Tire Mart since they were only about a mile away and asked if they fixed flats. The man who answered the phone assured me that they did and I told him I'd be right over. When I arrived, they immediately went to work fixing my flat. While I waited I was given a bottle of cold water. The guys working on my tire removed the spare from my truck, mounted the repaired tire, inflated my spare to the proper pressure, and remounted it back under the bed of the truck. They were professional, kind, and courteous. The men in the office were, as well. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I most certainly would. If you need tire work done, don't hesitate to use Southern Tire Mart.”

“I have had two experiences wherein I needed a tire repaired on a Sunday. Both times, this was the shop that was able to help me. The first time I needed a tire repaired on a Sunday, I went to Wal-Mart first. The associate told me that they didn't have tires in stock for my vehicle and sent me on my way. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find an open shop on a Sunday. Miraculously, I came across this one, and they were able to help me. Come to find out, I didn't need a new tire, only a patch. They fixed my tire quickly and saved me money by noticing that the tire only needed repairing, not replacing.
Fast forward to today, Easter Sunday. I found myself in need of another tire repair. I didn't even think to go to Wal-Mart. I went here first. They were open and helped me quickly. It didn't cost much either time. I am very happy with the service.”
