We delayed repairs because we expected to deal with some runaround and being without a vehicle for a week. “Jay tackled a simple job, replacing pins and bushings in my 99 Tahoe. However, after a week the driver side set of bushings broke. He replaced them at no additional expense. It happened again, he responded the same way. A week later it happened again. However, he researched the issue and found a problem, parts manufacturers using cast bushings instead of original equipment machined bushings. I ordered them, he replaced them and they continue to work well to this day! Thank you Jay! You went over and above, truly a blessing!”
