“We stayed here one night on our way to Waco, Texas. We are two women traveling by ourselves, and this turned out to be a great choice for us. The room was clean/compfy beds, and we appreciated the bigger style of those small fridges in hotel rooms. We have a cooler of healthy food choices that we are traveling with, and we were able to fit all our food and drinks in the fridge. Also, after all the driving yesterday, we wanted to go on a nice walk outside, and we found Carlyss Park which is ten minutes from the hotel. It is a sweet park with great walking trails (what we did/we walked two miles) and also has a fabulous playground area under trees in the shade - when my daughter was small, Carlyss park would have been ideal for her to burn off some energy after all those hours in the car. Was the best value for the money in the area that I found searching on google maps and pleased with our stay.”

“Loved the stay. The beds were so soft and pillows was soft. The room was well up kept and very was in room that we needed for a night. Loved how y'all did the body soap as well as the hair wash. Dove was a awesome choice. Me and my husband is from Ga and if we ever make a trip again this will be where we will stay. Thanks for everything y'all done.”

“We stayed at Best Western Plus in Lake Charles for just one night, but overall we had a good experience. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated. The front desk staff listened to our requests and gave us a great room.
The only thing I would improve is the breakfast - it could be more varied. Other than that, everything was very good. For the price, it’s definitely a good value.”

“This was our first time staying at this location. The check in was quick and the associate very nice. The room was great with the exception that there was a constant low level noise in the room from some type of machine. It kept coming on and off during the night. The breakfast was ok. Boxed eggs and the usual breakfast sausages. I would stay there again but in a different room.”
