“Was on a 1000 mile road trip from home pulling a double jetski trailer when I had a hub blow out and damaged an axle on a Friday Morning… Hector answered the phone and said he could build me a new axle within a couple hours if I could get to him. Luckily I was able to limp to him since my trailer has dual axles and to his word he had me back going in less than 2 hours with a much heavier duty axle than I had before. The techs there did amazing and actually pointed out an issue on the second axle that pry would have done the same thing to the hubs on that axle on my return trip home.
