He gave us his phone number and said to call any time we had a question. When I did this dude responded. We have been long time verizon customers for like 20 yrs and this is the 1st time I have ever had such a wonderful experience. If you need a new phone or need to make changes Dennon is your guy. “NICK was working alone today and absolutely killed it. it was me, my husband and about 5 or 6 other people in there at once and he helped everyone accordingly, working between people to make sure everyone got helped, he did a fantastic job i was really impressed how he kept his cool the whole time, i know i would be panicking lol.

“The sweet little lady she was young was very helpful with helping me get online to see my bill however I can o ly see my phone line so might be back with my husband s phone so he can add me as an authorized user he still can’t login to see anything. She did everything she could do to help me though”
