“My mom recently visited the Verizon store in Abbeville, LA to get my dad a new phone after his broke. She speaks limited English, so I stayed on the phone with her to help translate. Wyatt, the store manager, assisted her and was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything clearly, even taking the time to explain how we could save money while upgrading to new phones. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. We truly appreciated his professionalism and care. Highly recommend this location, thank you, Wyatt!”
