“I called Brad at the end of a long list of shops I was getting quotes from for an alternator. Brads shop was the cheapest shop available by far. I'd told him I'd give him a call back. I choose to go with him and called hoping to schedule the closest available appointment. As everyone knows that's not always soon and when you're out of a car it can be a real problem. Brad informed me he was booking out a couple of weeks and asked if the car was driveable. I told him it was and, he said if I wanted to drop it off he could possibly get it done in a few days. I brought my car in on a Wednesday evening and expressed how badly I needed it as soon as possible. He told me it would be done by Monday hopefully sooner. I received a call less than 24 hours after dropping off that it was fixed and I could pick it up. Not only did Brad fix the problem I came in for, but he also noticed I was low on oil and filled it up before I ran into any issues. 100% will come back for more service and recommend this shop to everyone.”

“My car needed service. When the check engine light came on I drove it directly to Emerson with no appointment. Although they were booked solid for two weeks they agreed to let me leave my car and they would attempt to squeeze it in. In the meantime I went to see Brian Dennis who has been our salesman for years. Told him and Vinnie the sales manager if they could find me a new lease before car was ready I would upgrade my lease NOW! Within an hour I had a quote on a brand new lease and the next morning I drove off the lot with a 2022 Buick Encore. Zero miles. Exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford.”

Can't remember) helped me out several times a few years ago when my old Accord (then later, Mazda 6) needed parts in order for the good people of the twin cities to get their pizza on time. “Fairly easy to get to on Rodman Road in Auburn, plenty of parking.They have a nice assortment of parts and supplies on display, but their main service is what they stock behind the counter. Ask for Ryan, he is one of those "super duper service technicians", and he can find you what ever you need. Don't know how he does it, but he just has a "parts whisperer" thing going on and he will find you what you need.The prices are very reasonable and they routinely beat the online pricing. They have a lot in stock and I've only had to wait for one or two truck parts to be ordered over the years, and even then the parts were there in a day, but for the most part they will have what you need in stock.All of the guys on the counter have been very helpful. If you don't know exactly what you need, they will walk you through the schematics and diagrams to find the part you need. They are very patient and I've never felt rushed.All around you won't find a better place for truck parts.”

“Countryside Auto Body did a fantastic job on my 12+ year old car. The driver side rocker panel was rusted through. Which would have failed state inspection. They replaced it in 4 days and did a great job of it. They also fixed the passenger side panel and did the state inspection too (extra bonus). Obviously, people know about the shop too and the quality work they do as I had quite a wait to get my car in for the repairs, and the parking lot is crowded with vehicles (finished and waiting). They know their business and do an outstanding job. I couldn't be more impressed.”

They went through the bike replaces some missing bolts and noticed that the oil I used on my air filter was trash. “From the first day i called to inquire about needing my vehical fixted the customer service has been excellent. I was listened to and had everyone question answered very honestly. To add i was very pleased with how prompt they were able to get my vehical in to be fixted. I Was able to pick up rental car from the shop for convenience. Upon pick up, my vehicle was nicely cleaned up. It had been washed, vaccumed and wiped down in the inside which had been needed. I was not exspecting that to be done, what a pleasent surprise! It looked like a brand new vehical bringing it home! Thank you!”
