“The real gem of this place is Douglas Auto, which is actually a separate auto repair shop run on the same lot as RJB. My family and I have been getting all of our work done there for a few years now, and they've always offered reasonable prices, solid repairs, and quick turnaround. The only issue we've had is that their work is in such high demand that they're usually booked a few weeks out, even just for inspections! Still highly recommend.”

“I had a mishap with my Tundra in a parking lot at Hannaford’s, sun was in my eyes and I struck a cement base to a light. I called Paul Boutin at Willie’s and he had a wrecker tow my truck to his shop. Because of a delay in receiving the necessary parts, he made temporary repairs, so I would have my vehicle until parts were delivered. Had a friend deliver vehicle to my residence the same day.That’s what you call good customer service. Thanks Paul.”

“I contacted This&That because the bed on my pickup has a side rail that is in good shape but the factory welds just let go. Didn't rust through, just let go. The folk at This &That didn't try and upsell a new bed, very honestly appraised it and told me they could grind it down and weld it up. I like honesty and craftsmanship above everything when it comes to automobile issues.”
