This gym has become like a second home to me and helped my mental health greatly - welcoming staff that remember your name and make you feel seen. CJ is also a great assistant manager. So many people (like myself) have great anxiety when it comes to going to a gym for the first time, and the vibe has always been right here”

“Went for fright fest Halloween. Was nice but really miss when did it indoors and kids played games for candy costume contest guessing jars. Staff all very friendly and appreciate they do holiday events for the kids in community ? they do so much more but this review is about my most recent visit. It's also very clean which is extremely important.”
