He was on site, very kind to my son and his friends and got the van towed. All within like :45 minutes to an hour. I had called another company first and they were a 90 minute wait! “UPDATE: I was able to get my receipt for insurance purposes, so I'll add another star.Although they were quick enough to respond for my jump start, the payment process seemed weird... guy just wanted me to read my card number, etc out loud as he typed the info into his phone. Seemed odd to not have the capture device.Then I told them I would need an actual invoice (as opposed to the basic Square one I got) showing the company name and type of vehicle in order to to be reimbursed by my insurance company... Two days and about four calls later and I have as yet to receive one. I sure hope I don't have to pay $100 out of pocket because I can't get a full receipt.”

“I contacted This&That because the bed on my pickup has a side rail that is in good shape but the factory welds just let go. Didn't rust through, just let go. The folk at This &That didn't try and upsell a new bed, very honestly appraised it and told me they could grind it down and weld it up. I like honesty and craftsmanship above everything when it comes to automobile issues.”

“Great autobody work completed on my Chevy Equinox! You’d never know it had been broadsided! They were so very accommodating to me: picked up my car and had an estimate for the insurance company the very next day. They got the information to the insurance company and communicated with me frequently through email and phone calls. They had delays with deliveries of parts but they definitely had the car fixed long before the 6 months I would have waited with the bigger companies. Very reliable! I’m totally satisfied with the results and I can’t say enough about this auto body shop! I highly recommend them!”
