“There has been a shopping cart at my residence brought over by someone while I was in jail. This cart has been here for months while I have made multiple attempts to call Big Lots and have it removed by someone with a truck as I cannot fit it into my car. So far, no one from Big Lots has claimed it. I don't want to walk all the way across town with it! Can someone please do something about this infraction? Please?”
“Deborah was our cashier, and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very efficient. It was nice that there was not a long wait in line.
The lady at the returns and Customer Service desk was also very pleasant, very helpful, and very knowledgeable.

“Honestly they have the sweetest staff. I know it sounds silly. But they are so freaking friendly. I mean everyone goes out of their way to help you find anything or answer question. I don't know who their manager is but they sure built a great team.”
