Lowes in Augusta, ME is usually pretty chill. Staff is usually friendly, including the returns people, and overall good experience. Shoppers can find products quickly; one shopper bought an Ego leaf blower and moved mountains of leaves from a good location. The store is convenient but has spotty, slow cell service and WiFi, so shoppers should research aisles before arriving. Inventory is sometimes lacking variety and common sizes, and staff can seem disengaged and uninterested, suggesting a management issue. Yet many associates know categories of supplies down to aisle and bay number, and great staff are nice and know where everything is.
I bought two items that I couldn't find elsewhere. Thank you Lowe's

The employee's in this building are very positive and committed. I was shopping in the appliance section waiting for an employee and a gentleman from the plumbing department came over and helped us with a great attitude, I was very thankful for the amazing staff!!
