“I don't know about the other locations but this location the floors were dirty. However, the store itself seemed pretty organized. This chain is a mini version of home depot/lowes just much better deals on certain things. For twenty nine dollars a year you can join the membership which gives you the discounted prices. They sell the same kind of stuff you would see at other hardware stores but with better deals. They have a turn style entrance and not a regular door, which is kinda weird. Parking won't be an issue, very big parking lot. It's wheelchair accessible, you can go through a different door and the aisles are wide enough to maneuver around the store. They accept debit/credit and cash. They also sell gift cards. You can use instacart through the app to get stuff delivered. They offer an assortment of power tools, hand tools, tool bits, tool boxes, generators, etc. They have tons of employees everywhere and are usually helpful. On occasion you'll get a bad apple, just like anywhere else. They have two public bathrooms, on the right side of the store. Before going to other hardware stores, check out what they offer for deals. My only nitpick was the floors were dirty. Nothing too dire to point out.

“I love Home Depot. We are renovating our home and starting a small farm. We've purchased almost all of our lumber here along with vinyl click flooring, and a slew of other items. We had our lumber delivered one time from this location and they were amazing. Delivery was on the day scheduled, the driver called ahead to let us know his ETA, and it was wrapped to protect from the weather. Great folks all around. I shop small business as much as a I can but the employees at Home Depot have always made it feel like a family run business. Home Depot is building my small business ;)”
“I worked with a wonderful gentleman, Ed D, to help order window casing for my mother’s home. Although it was not a lot of product that was ordered, Ed was very responsive and cordial that I felt like I placed a $100k order. The casing was delivered to my mother’s house saving me precious time since I live over an hour away. 10/10 will be back if anything further is needed. Thank you Ed!”

“We had such a positive experience at the pro bay on Tuesday. I failed to get the cashier's name- but he opened up a register to push us through and Christina L from Department 25 met us outside to load the tool chest. We were in, out and loaded in less than 5 minutes with incredible kindness.”
