“I’ve been a US Cellular prepaid customer for years, but after they merged with T-Mobile, they ended that option. So I signed up for a T-Mobile plan and new phone online. Received everything in the mail. Went to the T-Mobile store next to them to get everything set up. A young blonde girl there said she couldn’t find my account in the system. I asked her to try one more time and she refused. She said I’d have to go to a Waterville location. She said I should visit this US cellular to get my account number and transfer pin. I asked if they would be able to set me up and she said no, they could only give me my account number and pin. I went to this US Cellular location with my phone and the accessories I had. I was greeted by Francis Conti. Explained my situation to him and he chuckled and said he could get me all set up no problem. He was great. Set my phone up, transferred my number and took the time to explain features of my new iPhone. He definitely needs to be rewarded for his awesome customer service. Ive already referred several people to him and this store. Great customer service is rare these days, but he went above and beyond to make sure everything was all set. Great guy.”
