I was previously a Rite Aid Pharmacy customer for years; after they transitioned to Walgreens Pharmacy their quality and customer service plummeted. At this Walmart Pharmacy however, I could not be more happier with their excellent customer service. And I rarely need to wait in line more than 5 minutes. “I called [2nd time - 1st time many menu options and call then was lost] and spoke with Caryn who was extremely helpful. She helped me update my sign in portal, address and update my credit card. It was nice to have a pleasent voice and someone that showed that she cared for the customer on the phone. Kudos to Caryn!!”
