I live in a different state and had to stop at this location to close my account (long and uninteresting story). This location had an amazingly patient and knowledgeable staff. I can’t recommend them enough for problem solving and customer service.

I recently updated my cell phone and had the absolute pleasure of working with Jeny—truly the best experience I've ever had with customer service. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She not only helped me update my phone but went above and beyond to make sure everything was transferred correctly, set up properly, and working perfectly.
Jeny took the time to walk me through every step, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel rushed. It was clear she genuinely cared about making sure I left completely satisfied. She did so much more than her job required, and I could not be happier with the effort she put in.
Thank you, Jeny—you made what could have been a stressful process easy and even enjoyable. You're a rockstar!

While using US Cellular, I tried out their home internet. After 3 weeks of the horrible service in my area, I brought it back to the store only to be told they will not take it back, while other phone companies take back your home internet, they will not take back the home internet and leave you with the bill. They told me to try to sell it on Facebook Marketplace. So now it sits in my house collecting dust. Instantly switched my phone and internet to T-Mobile. Service is all-around way better.

Excellent. Thank you Andrew! I rushed in about 15 minutes before closing time after my phone suddenly froze and wouldn't re-start and was stuck on a black screen not responding. I recently had a sim card issue, so was prepared for the worst case scenario. But, they quickly got it restarted. I was pretty set on getting a new phone anyways, so Andrew helped me find a new Galaxy for the right price point and storage, etc. He even stayed 15 minutes after closing to get it all setup and switched over for me. He was very knowledgeable, easy to understand, understood what I was looking for, and was professional, courteous and nice to work with. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will say I haven't always had a good experience walking into USCellular, especially the last time I bought a new phone, but this time it was a great experience.

Went in today to replace a phone. Worked with Frank. Frank was super energetic, knowledgeable, answered any questions as they came up and was just fantastic in all aspects of customer service!! I would recommend working with him 100%.

Avoid this place at all costs. They lie about their costs then when you show them written and recorded proof, it takes over a month and a half to correct. Especially avoid Andrew. He has 0 clue as to what he is doing and will tell you exactly what you want to hear, even if it is a lie, to get you to buy a plan.
You know how I know? Because they agreed to accept my phones back AFTER the 15 days without any penalty. Because I had written proof from Andrew.
Spend a little more and go to Verizon. It's just on the otherside of the hill and so much better.
On the flip side, their online chat agreed they are as bad as a Nigerian scammer, so there is that. I wish I could share the conversation screenshot, but there is some vulgar language...

Absolutely disappointed that US now locks their phones. In past this was never an issue. We could always buy from US Cell and then use at a different company. Actually went back tonight... 1 hour later to return brand new S24 Ultra because we wanted to use with Tmobile. Like I said this is what we have always done. We pay our bills. We pay off our phones. Then they only wanted to give us 70 bucks for a very new used Note 20. Ahhh NO. So we called and ordered o. Phone and got a better deal. Don't go by what they say in-store. Guess maybe US CELL may be going bye bye bye!! VERY UPSET! Used to love US because of the feature of them not locking. US Cellular coverage SUCKS in most states.

I have had home internet 8 months. It was going well until my router failed. They approved me for warranty on it because it’s been less than 12 months. This is where the bad experience started. I haven’t had internet for 4 weeks but of course had to pay for it. Been waiting on a replacement router since 10/18. It was suppose to be overnighted to me. They always have excuses why it didn’t ship. The excuse changes depending which rep you get. It’s now 10/31 I still haven’t received it. I would not recommend this router or this Company. All is well until you have an issue then get ready for poor service throughout. I work in Customer Service and this is the worst I’ve EVER experienced.
